At Hair You Care, your satisfaction is our priority. We accept returns and offer refunds and exchanges on eligible items.

Return Eligibility

To be eligible for a return, your item must be:

  • Unused and in the same condition that you received it
  • In the original packaging with all tags attached
  • Returned within 14 days of delivery

Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

  • Wigs that have been worn, washed, or altered
  • Items marked as "Final Sale"
  • Items without original packaging or tags

How to Request a Return

  1. Contact us at support@hairyoucare.com within 14 days of receiving your order
  2. Include your order number and reason for return
  3. Wait for return authorization and shipping instructions
  4. Ship the item back in its original packaging

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return:

  • Refunds are processed within 5-7 business days
  • Refunds are issued to the original payment method
  • Original shipping costs are non-refundable
  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer

Exchanges

We offer exchanges for different sizes, lengths, or colors (subject to availability):

  • Contact us to request an exchange
  • Ship the original item back to us
  • We will ship your new item once the return is received

Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective item:

  • Contact us within 48 hours of delivery
  • Include photos of the damage
  • We will provide a prepaid return label
  • Full refund or replacement will be issued
